From Sauerkraut Balls to Microgreens

On Tuesday, January 8 at 7 p.m., award-winning food critic Jane Snow will tell of her 25 Years of Reviewing Restaurants in NE Ohio. Snow was food editor of the Akron Beacon Journal for 28 years, during which she was nominated twice for the Pulitzer Prize, and her food section was named best in the country in its category three times. She has met Julia Child, stood beside Emeril Lagasse as he prepared dinner, and chatted with Wolfgang Puck.
