Congratulations to Officer Joe Jasany and VFW Post 4929 and the wonderful parade and ceremony held 5/25/2009. As usual everything was perfect from start to finish. We loved walking in the parade and honoring our current service members and veterans. So many groups including the Twinsburg Baseball League, Cub, Boy and Girl Scouts, local officials and of course the Twinsburg High School Marching band marched in the parade. We were blessed with a wonderful day of weather, and the square has never looked better. Our hats off to the VFW. In addition to the Memorial Day parade, they visit with the veterans at the Brecksville VA hospital, supply fellowship and support. Our local Starbucks sponsors the coffee that they take to them.
