Open Culture occasionally re-posts a commencement speech made by Steve Jobs, CEO of Apple.com, to the graduating class of Stanford University in June 2005. Success may not always be measured in financial gain in doing what you love as Steve Jobs has achieved, but as I approach retirement I'm happy to say that I've followed similar guidelines and look back with satisfaction.
