The Library is currently looking for volunteers to help shelve our audio-visual material. If you have a few hours on either Wednesday or Thursday afternoons, and would like to become part of our volunteer team, please come into the library or visit our website to fill out a volunteer form. Proposal Writing for Non-Profits!

Learn the art of Proposal Writing Basics for your nonprofit organization with David Holmes of the Foundation Center on Thursday, March 4 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The most often asked questions will be addressed: What are the key components of a proposal to a foundation or corporation? Who should sign a grant request? How should the proposal be packaged? Should you contact a funder if your proposal is turned down?
